Scart-kabel ShiverPeaks 97582-1SPP 1,5 m – AV-kabel voor audio-/videoverbindingen

The Scart cable ShiverPeaks 97582-1SPP 1.5m is an analog AV lead designed to connect compatible TVs, set-top boxes, DVD players and other legacy audio/video devices. With a single SCART interface it transmits composite video and stereo audio signals, enabling straightforward connection and signal routing in home entertainment systems and professional AV setups that require standard analog interoperability.

Advantages

This 1.5 m SCART lead provides a reliable physical connection between devices that use the SCART standard without requiring additional converters. The molded connectors ensure stable contact and reduced signal loss over the cable length. Its standardized pinout supports both video and stereo audio channels simultaneously, simplifying cabling for multi-device setups and minimizing visible cable clutter behind equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting legacy TVs and DVD players to set-top boxes or media players
• Integrating older AV equipment into a home entertainment system
• Temporary or permanent AV signal routing in living rooms, studios, or retail displays

Key specifications

• Cable type: SCART to SCART analog AV lead
• Length: 1.5 m
• Signal support: composite video and stereo audio
• Connector type: standard 21-pin SCART connectors, molded housing
• Intended use: indoor home and professional AV connections

How to use

Connect one SCART connector to the AV output of the source device (for example a set-top box, DVD player, or media player) and the other SCART connector to the AV input on the display device (TV or monitor). Ensure both devices are powered off before plugging in to avoid transient signals. After connections are secure, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display device to view the incoming composite video and hear stereo audio.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, avoid routing the cable near large power supplies or unshielded mains cables and keep the cable length as direct as possible between devices. When connecting equipment with different AV formats, verify that both devices support the same composite video standard and audio wiring to ensure compatibility.
