Tecline 1,5 m Scart - Scart SCART-kabel SCART (21-polig) zwart

The Tecline 1.5m Scart - Scart cable provides a straightforward wired connection between AV devices that use 21-pin SCART sockets. With two SCART connectors and a 1.5 m cable length, it supports transmission of analog composite video, RGB signals where supported, and stereo audio between televisions, DVD players, set-top boxes and other legacy equipment. The black jacket and molded connectors offer a discreet appearance suitable for home entertainment setups.

Advantages

This SCART cable delivers a reliable analog link with secure 21-pin connections on both ends to reduce signal interruption. The 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management, allowing flexible placement of devices without excess slack. The black finish minimizes visual impact behind TVs or AV racks, and the cable is designed for everyday residential use with standard SCART-compatible equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a DVD player or VCR
• Linking set-top boxes to televisions with SCART inputs
• Connecting older game consoles or AV equipment that use SCART
• Temporary or permanent installations in home entertainment centers

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector type (both ends): SCART, 21-pin
• Signal type: analog composite video, stereo audio; RGB where supported by devices
• Colour: Black

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Align each 21-pin SCART connector with the SCART socket and insert firmly until seated. Power on the connected devices and select the appropriate AV or SCART input on the display device. If the connected devices support RGB over SCART and are configured to output RGB, configure the source device to use the correct video mode for improved picture quality.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tight bends and kinks near the connectors and route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded mains transformers or large motors. If no picture appears, verify input selection on the TV and, if necessary, check the source device’s video output settings to enable the correct SCART signal (composite or RGB).
