Schilderset Ravensburger CreArt – Feenfreunde (kinderschilderset)

Ravensburger CreArt – Fairy Friends (creative painting kit) is a themed painting set designed for children and hobbyists who want to practise basic painting techniques and complete decorative artwork with fairy illustrations. The kit contains pre-printed motifs, paints and brushes suitable for beginner to intermediate users and is intended for use at home, in school lessons or in creative workshops. The parts are curated to support learning of colour mixing, brush control and fine motor skills while producing framed or display-ready pictures.

Advantages

The kit brings together coordinated materials that reduce preparation time and let users focus on painting and technique. Pre-printed contours help beginners stay within lines and develop brush control, while the included paint range provides a palette appropriate for blending and layering. Components are lightweight and easy to handle for children, and the finished pieces are suitable for display or gifting. The set is produced by a recognised brand for creative kits and follows straightforward assembly and painting steps.

Suitable for

• Children learning basic painting and colour mixing
• After-school art activities and hobby craft sessions
• Classroom projects and group workshops
• Home decoration projects and personalised gift making

Key specifications

• Themed pre-printed illustration sheets with fairy designs
• Water-based paints in a selection of colours for mixing and layering
• At least one fine and one medium brush suitable for detail and fill work
• Paper or board supports sized for individual framed artwork
• Instructions for colour suggestions and step sequence included

How to use

Prepare a clean, flat work surface and protect it with newspaper or a washable mat. Lay out the pre-printed illustration and sort paints and brushes within easy reach. Begin by testing colour mixes on scrap paper to achieve desired shades. Use the finer brush for outlines and detailed areas, and the medium brush for larger fills and background work. Allow layers to dry between applications to avoid unwanted blending; rinse brushes when changing colours. Follow the printed suggestions for colour placement if guidance is needed, but adapt tones to personal preference.

Recommendations

Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, particularly when using small parts or handling wet paint. For longer-lasting finished artworks, allow full drying time and consider mounting or framing on rigid backing. Clean brushes immediately after use with warm water to maintain brush shape and paint performance.
