Schroefbits Bosch 2607001585 extra hard PZ 3 89 mm 3 stuks

The Bosch screwdriver bit 2607001585 is an extra hard PZ 3 bit designed for heavy-duty and universal use. At 89 mm length with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex shank it provides reliable fitment in standard bit holders and cordless or corded drivers. The set contains three identical bits for repeated tasks where durability and precise engagement are required.

Advantages

The tapered torsion zone reduces the risk of bit breakage by absorbing torque peaks while maintaining tip stability for Pozidriv PZ 3 screws. Extra hard steel construction increases wear resistance and extends service life under high-load conditions. The 89 mm length gives better reach in recessed or partially obstructed screw positions.

How to use

Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, quick-change chuck, or screwdriver. Engage the PZ 3 tip with the matching Pozidriv screw head, apply steady pressure, and operate the driver at appropriate torque settings to avoid cam-out. For powered drivers, start at low speed to seat the bit and increase speed as needed.

Recommendations

Use the extra hard PZ 3 bits for applications with high torque demands and where frequent bit changes are expected; inspect bits regularly for wear and replace when tip deformation or rounding appears to ensure proper screw engagement.
