Schroefklem (bananenstekker-schroef) InLine metaal verguld, 1x rood + 1x zwart

InLine metal gold-plated screw-type banana binding posts, supplied as a set of two terminals (one red, one black), are designed for speaker and audio system connections. The compact metal housings and gold-plated contact surfaces aim to provide low-resistance electrical contact and corrosion resistance. Screw-style clamping accepts bare wire, banana plugs or pin connectors and helps ensure a secure mechanical and electrical connection in installations where durable audio connectors are required.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and maintain consistent signal transmission over time. The screw-clamp design offers reliable mechanical retention of conductors without the need for additional crimping tools. Color-coded housings (red and black) simplify polarity identification during installation, and the metal construction delivers improved durability compared with plastic alternatives.

How to use

Strip the speaker wire to expose an appropriate length of conductor, insert the bare wire, banana plug or pin connector into the binding post contact, then tighten the screw clamp to secure the conductor. Observe correct polarity by connecting the red terminal to the positive speaker lead and the black terminal to the negative lead. Avoid over-tightening to prevent conductor damage; ensure a firm mechanical connection and test continuity before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use these gold-plated screw-type banana binding posts for reliable, low-resistance audio connections. For best long-term performance, keep contact surfaces clean, avoid mixing dissimilar metals that may accelerate corrosion, and ensure correct polarity during installation. If frequent reconnection is required, use properly fitted banana plugs to minimize wear on the screw clamp.
