Schroeven-pluggen-set Fischer 45689

The Fischer 45689 screw & wall plug kit includes 20 anchors designed for secure fastening in masonry such as brick and concrete. Each anchor requires a drill hole diameter of 10 mm and a minimum embedment depth of 20 mm to achieve rated performance. Packaged in a compact box, the set contains matching screws and plugs sized to work together, providing a ready-to-use solution for mounting fixtures, shelves, and fittings where reliable mechanical anchoring is required.

Advantages

The kit delivers consistent expansion and load transfer in solid substrates, reducing the risk of loosening over time. Its standardized 10 mm drill size simplifies preparation and tool selection for both professionals and home users. The compact packaging keeps components organized on site or in a toolbox, while the matched screw-and-plug combination minimizes installation errors and ensures predictable holding capacity.

Suitable for

• Mounting shelves, brackets and light fixtures to brick or concrete
• Securing handrails, small cabinets and bathroom fittings
• General-purpose anchoring for renovation and repair projects

Key specifications

• Quantity: 20 pieces (screws and wall plugs)
• Compatible substrates: brick and concrete
• Required drill hole diameter: 10 mm
• Minimum embedment depth: 20 mm
• Pack type: compact storage box

How to use

Select an appropriate drill bit for the specified 10 mm hole diameter and mark the desired mounting points. Drill to the minimum embedment depth of 20 mm, clear dust from the hole, and insert the wall plug flush with the surface. Place the fixture or bracket over the plug and drive the matching screw until the plug expands and the assembly is firmly seated. Avoid over-tightening to prevent plug deformation and check the installed load-bearing element for stability before applying the intended load.

Recommendations

Use the kit in solid masonry only; do not use these anchors in hollow or lightweight blocks unless specified otherwise. For heavy loads or critical safety applications, consult installation guidelines and consider anchors rated for higher loads or specialized substrate conditions. Store the box in a dry place to protect components from corrosion and keep spare anchors organized for future maintenance.
