How to use

Ensure the sander is powered off and disconnected from the power source before replacing the pad. Remove the worn pad by releasing the attachment mechanism, align the new pad with the sander’s mounting interface and press until it locks into place. Select the appropriate abrasive grit for the task, attach abrasive paper or discs if required, and start sanding at low speed to confirm secure mounting. Work with steady, even strokes and avoid excessive pressure to maximize pad life and achieve uniform results.

Recommendations

For best performance, match the pad with abrasives and sander models recommended by the tool manufacturer. Use appropriate grit progression for the material and job (coarse to fine), maintain proper dust extraction where available, and inspect the pad regularly for wear or damage. Replace the pad when surface irregularities or reduced adhesion affect sanding quality.
