• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces prior to finishing
• Removing old paint, varnish or adhesives from furniture and panels
• Preparing metal surfaces for painting or rust treatment
• Final finishing and light material removal on composite and laminated surfaces

Key specifications

• Contents: 25 sanding sheets/accessories per pack
• Compatibility: for use with compatible Bosch sanders and sanding heads
• Application materials: wood, metal, paint and varnish layers, composites
• Intended use: surface preparation, smoothing, finishing and paint removal

How to use

Select the appropriate grit and attach a sheet following the mounting method of your Bosch-compatible sander. Ensure the tool is disconnected from power or the battery is removed before changing accessories. Align the abrasive sheet and secure it to the sanding pad or head according to the tool’s clamping or hook-and-loop system. Start sanding with gentle pressure, advancing progressively through finer grits if a smoother finish is required. Replace sheets when abrasive performance declines to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding. Test on a small area before full application to confirm compatibility with the workpiece and desired finish. Store unused sheets in a dry place away from direct moisture and extreme temperatures to preserve abrasive properties.
