Schuurblad Bosch W480, fijnkorrel P320, 115×140 mm, 2 stuks

Bosch W480 abrasive sheets, fine grit P320, 115 × 140 mm, pack of 2 are flexible, tear-resistant hand sanding sheets designed for fine finishing of paint, primer, filler and wood surfaces. The sheets suit both manual and machine sanding applications, providing uniform abrasion for smoothing and preparing surfaces prior to painting or varnishing. The compact size and fold line make them practical for sanding edges, corners and contoured shapes while maintaining consistent performance for wet and dry sanding.

Advantages

The Bosch W480 sheets offer a combination of flexibility and strength that reduces creasing and tearing when sanding edges and tight corners. Both sides feature a fine P320 abrasive grit for efficient smoothing and finishing. Water-resistant and washable construction extends usable life and allows use in wet or dry conditions. The sheets are supplied in a pack of two and are compatible with sanding blocks and small detail sanders, enabling precise work on a variety of materials.

How to use

Select the Bosch W480 P320 sheet when a fine finish or light leveling is required. For hand sanding, wrap the sheet around a sanding block or fold along the crease to access edges and tight spots. For detail sanding, attach or hold the sheet against appropriate small-scale sanders or use by hand for controlled pressure. When wet sanding, keep the surface and sheet moist and periodically rinse the sheet to clear debris; when dry sanding, check the sheet for clogging and replace if abrasion becomes uneven.

Recommendations

Use consistent, even strokes and moderate pressure to avoid gouging. Start with P320 for final smoothing; if heavier removal is needed, begin with a coarser grit before finishing with this P320 sheet. Rinse and flatten the sheet after wet use to maintain flexibility and longevity.
