• Surface preparation of painted and primed layers
• Light metal deburring and finishing
• Sanding tasks with 230×280 mm sheet-compatible sanders or sanding tables

Key specifications

• Grit: K220 (very fine)
• Dimensions: 230 × 280 mm
• Quantity: pack of 50 sheets
• Compatible materials: wood, paint/primer layers, light metal

How to use

Select a sanding platen or table that accepts 230×280 mm sheets and attach the sheet according to the machine or fixture instructions. Use light, even pressure and follow the grain on wood surfaces where applicable. Replace sheets when the abrasive surface is worn, clogged, or no longer removes material evenly. For metal deburring, work carefully to avoid overheating the workpiece.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a medium-coarse grit if removing heavy material, then finish with these K220 sheets for a smooth surface before applying final coatings. Use appropriate dust extraction and personal protective equipment during sanding.
