Schuurgaas Bosch Expert M480 50 stuks

The Bosch EXPERT M480 sanding net is designed to improve sanding efficiency on wood, paint and drywall by minimising dust creation. Supplied in a pack of 50, the net structure and Bosch Particle Control technology enable continuous dust extraction through the abrasive surface, helping to keep abrasive pores clear and maintain cutting performance during use.

Advantages

The open net construction permits efficient dust extraction, reducing clogging and preserving abrasive action for longer. Bosch Particle Control technology further reduces airborne dust, resulting in a cleaner workspace and extended sanding consistency across the abrasive life. The pack quantity ensures extended availability for repetitive tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood
• Removing paint and lacquer
• Smoothing drywall and joint compound

Key specifications

• Format: sanding net (open mesh abrasive)
• Pack size: 50 pieces
• Compatible with orbital and detail sanders that accept net-style abrasives
• Design: particle-control mesh for dust extraction
• Intended materials: wood, paint coatings, drywall

How to use

Attach the sanding net to a compatible sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Operate the sander with a connected vacuum or dust-extraction system when possible to maximise the Particle Control effect. Apply light, even pressure and move the sander steadily over the surface; replace the net when abrasive performance declines or the mesh is damaged.

Recommendations

For best results, use the sanding net with a dust extraction system and choose the appropriate grit for the material and task. Store nets flat and dry to maintain their shape and dust-extraction performance.
