Schuurplateau set Bosch 125 mm, 50 stuks, model 2608902414

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs, 125 mm diameter, suitable for use with compatible orbital and random-orbit sanders. These abrasive discs are intended for sanding, smoothing and preparing metal, wood and painted surfaces prior to painting, varnishing or further finishing. The set is convenient for both DIY and professional workshop tasks where multiple abrasive sheets are required for continuous work.

Advantages

The Bosch sanding disc set offers uniform grit distribution and consistent performance across the pack, reducing the need to change discs frequently during a single task. The 125 mm diameter fits a wide range of standard sanders, enabling efficient coverage and predictable removal rates. A large quantity in one pack provides inventory convenience and cost-effectiveness for ongoing projects.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden surfaces to smooth rough areas before painting or staining
• Removing old paint or varnish from furniture and fixtures
• Light grinding and surface preparation on metal before priming
• General-purpose abrasive tasks in renovation and workshop environments

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in pack: 50 pieces
• Compatible sander types: orbital and random-orbit sanders with 125 mm backing
• Suitable materials: wood, metal, painted surfaces
• Application: sanding, smoothing and surface preparation prior to finishing

How to use

Select a disc with an appropriate grit for the task and attach it to a compatible 125 mm orbital or random-orbit sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Work with steady, even strokes and keep the sander moving to avoid creating grooves or overheating a single spot. For painted or metal surfaces, start with coarser grit to remove material, then switch to finer grit discs for final smoothing. Replace discs as they wear to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. Match the disc grit to the material and stage of preparation: coarser grits for material removal, medium grits for shaping, and fine grits for finishing. Ensure proper dust extraction or ventilation to extend disc life and maintain a clean working environment.
