How to use

Install the sanding disc on a compatible 115 mm disc holder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions and ensure secure fastening before switching the tool on. Use steady, even passes with light to moderate pressure; avoid excessive force that could cause rapid wear or overheating. Maintain consistent motion to prevent uneven sanding and check the disc periodically for wear or clogging, replacing it when abrasive performance declines.

Recommendations

For best results, start with grit 80 for medium stock removal and follow with finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. Keep the workpiece secure and allow the tool to reach full speed before contacting the surface.
