Schuurschijf Bosch 150 mm K180, model 2608900922, 50-pack

Bosch sanding discs 150 mm K180, pack of 50 offer a consistent K180 abrasive surface for medium-fine sanding tasks. Designed for use with 150 mm sanding pads, these discs are suitable for smoothing wooden surfaces, removing old paint layers and performing light metal finishing. The pack of 50 provides an economical supply for repetitive jobs in both professional and DIY environments.

Advantages

The abrasive material delivers uniform grit distribution to ensure even surface removal and predictable results. The 150 mm diameter matches standard sanding pads, providing stable contact and reduced edge chatter. Supplied in a pack of 50, the discs reduce downtime for replacements and are convenient for projects requiring multiple sheets. The K180 grit balances material removal with surface refinement, making it suitable for preparation before priming or final coating.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Sanding and smoothing wood surfaces before finishing
• Removing loose or flaking paint layers
• Light deburring and surface refinement on non-ferrous metals
• Intermediate sanding between coats of lacquer or paint
• General maintenance and refurbishment tasks

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: K180 (medium-fine)
• Quantity: 50 discs per pack
• Compatibility: for use with 150 mm sanding pads and orbital sanders supporting hook-and-loop attachment
• Recommended materials: wood, painted surfaces, light metal finishing

How to use

Attach a 150 mm Bosch K180 sanding disc to a compatible sanding pad ensuring secure hook-and-loop engagement. Operate the sander at the manufacturer-recommended speed and apply light, even pressure, allowing the abrasive to do the work rather than forcing the tool. For painted surfaces, start with a light pass to assess removal rate and adjust pressure or technique as needed. Replace discs when the abrasive performance noticeably decreases or when clogging affects finish quality.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection. For best results on wood, sand along the grain and finish with finer grit discs as required. When working with metals, monitor heat buildup and clean the abrasive surface to prevent glazing. Store discs flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight.
