Schuurschijven-set Bosch 2608902415, 125 mm diameter, 50 stuks

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs with a 125 mm diameter designed for abrasive sanding with compatible orbital sanders and sanding pads. These discs offer a set of replacements for continuous work cycles during surface preparation and finishing, suitable for tasks on wood, painted surfaces and light material removal depending on the grit used. The discs are organized in a practical pack to reduce downtime and simplify job planning for both DIY and professional renovation projects.

Advantages

The sanding disc pack contains multiple identical discs to ensure consistent sanding performance and quick disc changes. A standardized 125 mm diameter supports wide compatibility with many orbital sanders and sanding pads. The discs are intended for efficient material removal and surface smoothing while maintaining predictable wear rates that help estimate replacement intervals. Packaging in a 50-piece set minimizes interruptions and keeps spare discs on hand for extended jobs.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces
• Removing old paint or varnish in preparation for refinishing
• Light material removal and surface preparation on composite materials
• Continuous sanding workflows in renovation and carpentry tasks

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in pack: 50 pieces
• Compatible with hook-and-loop or adhesive-backed sanding pads for orbital sanders (check sander compatibility)
• Intended applications: sanding, smoothing, light material removal

How to use

Select a sanding grit appropriate for the material and stage of work, attach a disc to a compatible 125 mm orbital sander or sanding pad following the tool manufacturer’s instructions, and begin sanding with steady, overlapping passes. Maintain light to moderate pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid gouging. Replace discs as they wear to maintain consistent performance and change to finer grits for progressive smoothing and finishing.

Recommendations

Ensure the chosen grit suits the task: coarser grits for rapid stock removal, medium grits for general sanding, and fine grits for finishing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection, and work in a well-ventilated area or with dust extraction where possible to reduce airborne particles.
