Set of 50 Bosch sanding discs with 150 mm diameter, model 2608902454, provides a supply of abrasive pads for orbital and random-orbit sanders. These sanding discs are intended for sanding and surface preparation of wood, painted surfaces and filler materials. The pack includes multiple identical discs to reduce downtime for replacement and supports continuous work in both professional and DIY environments.

Abrasive material is selected to balance cutting speed and lifespan for typical woodworking, paint stripping and filler smoothing operations.

Suitable for

• Sanding bare and painted wood
• Removing old paint and varnish
• Smoothing filler and putty before finishing
• Surface preparation prior to painting or varnishing
• General-purpose sanding in workshops and renovation sites

How to use

Attach a sanding disc to the sander's 150 mm hook-and-loop backing plate, ensuring the disc is centered and securely fixed. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material being worked, applying even light pressure and moving the tool along the workpiece to avoid gouging. Replace worn discs with a fresh one from the pack to maintain consistent sanding performance and surface quality. Follow the sander manufacturer's instructions for safe operation and dust extraction.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits when moving from material removal to finishing; ensure appropriate dust extraction and personal protective equipment such as a dust mask and eye protection. Store the discs in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve abrasive adhesion and backing integrity.
