SHIVERPEAKS BS02-32085 PV4 verlengkabelset, 4mm², 2x 15m, zwart, MC4-stekker, UV-bestendig, TÜV-gecertificeerd

Photovoltaic extension cable set for solar installations, delivering reliable power transmission over 15 meters per cable with a robust 4 mm² cross-section. The pair of black cables features pre-assembled MC4 connectors, ensuring quick and secure connections between solar panels and inverters. Constructed with tinned copper conductors and XLPE insulation, these cables withstand harsh outdoor conditions, including UV exposure and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. Rated for 1000 V DC and 30 A, they meet TÜV Rheinland and CE standards, offering long-term durability and safety for residential and commercial PV systems.

Advantages

The 4 mm² conductor cross-section minimizes voltage drop over the 15-meter length, maximizing energy yield. Tinned copper provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the UV-resistant XLPE jacket prevents degradation from sunlight. IP67-rated MC4 connectors ensure watertight and dustproof connections, and the flame-retardant design enhances safety. Supplied as a set of two identical cables, this kit simplifies wiring for both positive and negative lines.

Suitable for

• Connecting solar panels in series or parallel configurations
• Linking PV arrays to inverters, charge controllers, or combiner boxes
• Outdoor solar power systems exposed to direct sunlight and weather
• Residential, commercial, and off-grid photovoltaic installations

Recommendations

For optimal performance, ensure connectors are fully seated and protected from mechanical stress. Use cable clips or conduits to secure the cables along mounting structures. When extending beyond 15 meters, verify total voltage drop remains within system design limits. This set is ideal for installers seeking a reliable, certified solution for PV array wiring.
