ShiverPeaks BS57030 kabelverbinder 3,5 mm zwart roestvrij staal stekker/bus

The ShiverPeaks BS57030 Wire Connector 3.5 mm Black Stainless Steel Male/Female is a compact audio connector designed for dependable male-to-female connections. Constructed from stainless steel with a black finish, this 3.5 mm connector is suitable for a variety of audio and signal applications where a slim, durable plug and jack are required. The design prioritizes mechanical reliability and corrosion resistance while maintaining a low-profile form factor.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides enhanced durability and resistance to wear and corrosion compared with common plated materials. The black finish gives the connector a discreet appearance suitable for visible installations. Its 3.5 mm size is widely compatible with consumer and professional audio equipment, offering a standard footprint for signal transmission. The male/female pairing allows straightforward mating and stable electrical contact.

Suitable for

• Connecting headphones, earphones and portable audio players
• Audio equipment patching and extensions
• Signal wiring in compact electronic devices and projects
• Applications requiring corrosion-resistant metal connectors

Key specifications

• Connector size: 3.5 mm
• Configuration: male and female pair
• Material: stainless steel
• Finish: black
• Application: audio and general signal connections

How to use

Insert the male 3.5 mm plug into the corresponding female jack until a tactile connection is felt. Ensure contacts are clean and free of debris prior to mating to maintain reliable signal transmission. For installations where the connector is fitted to cable ends, follow appropriate soldering or crimping procedures compatible with the connector design and wire gauge. After connection, avoid excessive bending at the cable entry to reduce mechanical stress on the contact.

Recommendations

To preserve contact integrity, keep the connector dry and clean; avoid exposing it to prolonged wet or salt-air environments. If frequent plugging cycles are expected, inspect contacts periodically for wear and replace the connector if contact reliability degrades.
