Coaxkabel S/CONN 80093-G-128CP-S 2,5 m F-type zwart

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80093-G-128CP-S 2.5 m F-type Black is a 2.5-metre coaxial lead with F-type connectors fitted at both ends. It is designed for the transmission of radio frequency (RF) signals between set-top boxes, satellite receivers, cable TV outlets and antenna inputs. The cable’s black outer jacket provides a standard, unobtrusive appearance suitable for residential and light commercial installations where a reliable RF connection is required.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers stable signal transfer with low loss over short to medium runs, thanks to its coaxial construction and F-type termination. Its fixed length of 2.5 m reduces the need for additional adapters or joins in typical home entertainment layouts. The black outer sheath provides physical protection against everyday abrasion and blends discreetly with most AV equipment and wall fixtures.

Suitable for

• Connecting a satellite receiver to a TV or set-top box
• Linking a cable television outlet to a tuner
• Connecting an indoor antenna to a television or digital converter
• Short runs between AV components in home entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial (RG-style construction)
• Connector type: F-type plug on both ends
• Length: 2.5 metres
• Outer jacket colour: black
• Intended signal: RF for satellite, cable TV and terrestrial antenna

How to use

Connect one F-type connector to the signal source output (for example, a wall cable outlet or satellite receiver) and the other connector to the input of the receiving device (TV, set-top box or tuner). Ensure each connector is fully seated and hand-tightened to prevent looseness; avoid over-tightening with tools to prevent damage to the connector. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching points, keeping a gentle bend radius to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this cable for runs up to a few metres within a room. If you need longer runs, or if the cable will be routed outdoors or through metal conduits, select a cable rated specifically for longer-distance transmission or outdoor exposure. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or wear in environments with high humidity.
