Kabelstekker RJ-45 S/CONN 72067-10S zwart wit

The ShiverPeaks Wire connector RJ-45 S/CONN 72067-10S Black White is an RJ-45 compatible modular connector designed for terminating and connecting Ethernet cables in networking installations. Produced for reliable signal transmission, this compact connector supports common twisted-pair cable assemblies and is offered in black and white finishes to match different installation aesthetics. The design focuses on straightforward insertion and secure retention for both permanent and temporary cable runs.

Advantages

This RJ-45 wire connector provides dependable electrical contact and mechanical stability suitable for typical network setups. Its modular construction simplifies installation and replacement, while the two available colours help integrate connectors into visible cable runs or wall plates. The connector is engineered for durability and consistent mating cycles, reducing maintenance needs in office or home environments.

Key specifications

• Compatibility: RJ-45 modular connector for 8P8C Ethernet terminations
• Supported cable type: twisted-pair network cables (Cat5e/Cat6 — as applicable to cable and installation)
• Contact material: corrosion-resistant metal contacts for reliable signal transfer
• Housing colours: black and white options for visual matching
• Retention: snap-in or latch mechanism for secure mating
• Form factor: compact modular plug/connector size suitable for patch panels and wall plates

How to use

Prepare the twisted-pair cable by stripping the outer jacket to the recommended length and arranging the conductor pairs according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Insert the conductors fully into the connector so each wire seats into its contact channel, then apply the appropriate crimping or termination tool to secure the contacts and housing. Verify the termination by testing continuity and signal integrity with a network cable tester before deploying the cable in the network.

Recommendations

Use the connector with compatible twisted-pair cables and a matching crimp or punch-down tool to ensure consistent electrical contacts. Choose the connector colour to match visible installations, avoid excessive bending near the termination point, and perform a cable test after installation to confirm correct pinout and continuity.
