Netwerkkabel S/CONN 08-41022 geel 1m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 08-41022 is a 1 m Cat8.1 networking cable with F/FTP (Foiled/Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable, finished in yellow, is designed for high-speed data transmission and improved protection against electromagnetic interference in demanding network environments.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 F/FTP patch cable provides enhanced shielding compared with unshielded types, which helps reduce crosstalk and external interference. Its RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network ports, and the 1 meter length offers a compact connection option for racks, patch panels and short horizontal links. The cable meets Cat8.1 performance requirements for high-bandwidth applications.

Suitable for

• Short connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• High-speed LAN links and data centers requiring shielded cabling
• Professional and home network setups where interference reduction is needed

Key specifications

• Brand: ShiverPeaks
• Model / MPN: 08-41022
• EAN: 4017538101365
• Type: Cat8.1 F/FTP (PIMF) patch cable
• Length: 1 m

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (switch, router, patch panel or network interface) and the other RJ-45 plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that the cable is not bent sharply near the ends. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain proper bend radius as recommended for shielded Ethernet cables.

Recommendations

Use this shielded Cat8.1 cable for short, high-bandwidth links in environments where electromagnetic interference is a concern; combine with grounded, shielded infrastructure to realize the cable’s full benefits.
