Netwerkkabel S/CONN 08-41041 blauw 3m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-41041 Blue 3m Cat8.1 F/FTP is a 3‑metre Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed local area network connections. Built to Cat8.1 specifications with F/FTP shielding, it supports high-frequency data transmission and reduces electromagnetic interference. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold to provide reliable contact and corrosion resistance. Its blue jacket offers clear identification in structured cabling environments and suits both home and office installations.

Advantages

Cat8.1 performance and F/FTP shielding deliver improved bandwidth and signal integrity for demanding network applications. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 connectors enhance contact reliability and reduce contact wear over time. The 3 m length balances reach and cable management for desktop, rack, and patch panel use. A durable outer jacket protects internal pairs while maintaining flexibility for routing in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections between switches, routers and servers
• Home networks and small business office workstations
• Patch panels and rack-mounted network equipment
• Applications requiring reduced electromagnetic interference and stable throughput

Key specifications

• Length: 3 metres
• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: F/FTP (foil overall, individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold plating
• Color: Blue
• Conductor arrangement: twisted pairs

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, modem or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from power lines or strong electromagnetic sources to maintain signal quality. For patch panel installations, use the cable to link patch ports to network equipment, paying attention to port labeling and cable management.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and extended compression. Use the cable within indoor environments and keep it away from heat sources. When installing in structured cabling, maintain proper bend radius and secure excess length with cable ties or management panels to prevent stress on connectors.
