Netwerkkabel S/CONN 70078-M-1 magenta 1 m

The ShiverPeaks networking cable S/CONN 70078-M-1 is a 1 meter Ethernet patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts for consistent signal transfer. Its magenta jacket provides a distinctive visual accent for cable routing and network identification while maintaining the electrical performance expected from a short-length patch lead. The design supports typical home and office Ethernet connections between switches, routers, patch panels and endpoint devices.

Advantages

This 1 m networking cable offers a compact length suitable for tidy installations in constrained spaces. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and contact reliability, reducing connection-related errors. The colored outer jacket simplifies cable management and visual identification within racks or desktop setups without affecting data integrity.

Key specifications

• Length: 1 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 — both ends
• Contacts: gold-plated for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Cable jacket color: magenta
• Typical use: Ethernet patch cable for short links between networking devices

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on the devices to be connected until the latch clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical strain; keep it away from sources of electromagnetic interference where possible. For removal, depress the connector latch and gently pull the plug straight out to prevent damage to the plug or port.

Recommendations

Use this 1 m magenta patch cable for short, visible connections where identification or color coding is desired. Avoid excessive bending near the connector ends and do not subject the cable to repeated sharp kinks. Periodically inspect contacts and jacket for wear if used in high-traffic areas.
