S/CONN 5 m RJ45-netwerkkabel wit Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP) 75715-HW

The S/CONN 5m RJ45 networking cable White Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP) 75715-HW by ShiverPeaks is a Cat6 patch cable designed for stable Gigabit Ethernet connections. This 5 meter, halogen-free cable has S/FTP (S-STP) shielding with pair-level foil and an overall braid to reduce interference, and comes with gold-plated RJ45 8/8 plugs for reliable contact and improved durability. The white jacket provides a neat appearance suitable for home or office network installations.

Advantages

The cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and meets Cat6 performance requirements for reduced crosstalk and reliable throughput. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure corrosion resistance and steady signal transmission. The halogen-free outer jacket enhances safety in enclosed spaces by limiting toxic gas release in case of fire, while the S/FTP construction offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked devices in home and office LANs
• Gigabit Ethernet applications and high-speed data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Structured cabling where shielded Cat6 cables are required to limit interference

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Category: Cat6 (S/FTP, also known as S-STP)
• Connectors: RJ45 8/8 — RJ45 8/8, gold-plated contacts
• Color: White
• Halogen-free jacket
• Manufacturer: ShiverPeaks, MPN: 75715-HW, EAN: 4017538000798

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of your device (PC, switch, router) and the other connector into the port of the network device or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; secure with cable ties or clips if needed. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or near sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 S/FTP patch cable for Gigabit Ethernet connections in environments where reduced interference and a halogen-free jacket are preferred; do not exceed the cable's intended use for in-wall permanent installation unless it meets local building regulations.
