SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN maximum connectivity Cat.7 U/UTP RJ45-patchkabel, zwart, 7,5 m (08-35065)

Network administrators and IT professionals rely on dependable cabling for high-speed data transfers in server rooms, office networks, and data centers. The SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN maximum connectivity patch cable delivers reliable 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance over a 7.5-meter run, making it a solid choice for connecting workstations, switches, and patch panels. Its raw Cat.7 cable with U/UTP shielding provides a clean signal path for demanding applications.

Key specifications

• Category 7 (Cat.7) raw cable standard, backward compatible with Cat.6a, Cat.6, Cat.5e, and Cat.5
• U/UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) construction for balanced performance
• RJ45 (8P8C) connectors on both ends, wired to TIA/EIA 568B
• 7.5-meter length, black PVC jacket
• Stranded copper conductors, AWG 26/7
• Supports up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) with 600 MHz bandwidth

Why choose it

This cable offers a cost-effective way to achieve 10G speeds over short to medium distances. The stranded conductors provide flexibility for easy routing through cable management, while the PVC jacket resists everyday wear. It is ideal for structured cabling systems where unshielded twisted pair is preferred.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting high-performance workstations to network switches
• Patch panel to switch connections in data centers
• Home office or small business network upgrades
• Gaming setups requiring low-latency wired connections

Good to know

The cable meets Cat.7 raw cable specifications, ensuring headroom for future network upgrades. While U/UTP lacks overall shielding, it is suitable for environments with low electromagnetic interference. Always verify that your equipment supports the desired data rate; the cable itself is capable of 10GBASE-T up to its rated length.
