USB-kabel S/CONN 13-22185 USB 2.0 1,8 m zwart

The S/CONN 13-22185 USB cable by ShiverPeaks is a 1.8 m black USB 2.0 cable with USB A connectors on both ends. It is designed for connecting computers, peripherals and consumer electronics where a standard USB A to A connection and USB 2.0 data transfer are required. The cable supports a maximum data transfer rate of 0.48 Gbit/s and combines a practical length with a neutral black finish for everyday use.

Advantages

This USB cable provides stable USB 2.0 connectivity at the specified transfer rate and a 1.8 m length that balances reach and cable management. Both ends use USB A connectors for compatibility with devices that accept a standard A-to-A link. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance and basic protection against abrasion and handling. The straightforward design makes it suitable for routine data transfer and powering compatible devices within the USB 2.0 specification.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to compatible peripherals with USB A ports
• Linking external drives, legacy devices or audio equipment that accept USB A to A connections
• Temporary data transfer between devices supporting USB 2.0 speeds
• Situations where a 1.8 m cable length is convenient for workspace layout

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A on both ends
• USB version: USB 2.0
• Maximum data transfer rate: 0.48 Gbit/s (USB 2.0)
• Cable length: 1.8 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug one USB A connector into the host device (for example, a computer or hub) and the other USB A connector into the peripheral device that accepts a USB A input. Ensure both devices support USB A-to-A connections and that the data transfer speed requirement matches USB 2.0. Avoid forcing connectors into ports; they should insert smoothly in the correct orientation. For power-only uses, verify the target device accepts power over a USB A-to-A connection according to its specifications.

Recommendations

Use this cable for standard USB 2.0 data connections and moderate-length setups. Do not use the cable for high-speed USB 3.x tasks, and avoid extended strain or sharp bends near the connectors to preserve longevity. If you require faster transfer rates or specialized connectors, choose a cable that explicitly supports those standards.
