Siliconenlijm TESA 41231-00001-00 3,5 g zwart grijs wit

TESA 41231-00001-00 is a liquid silicone adhesive supplied in a small 3.5 g pack available in black, grey and white with three pieces per pack. The product is formulated for flexible, durable bonds on silicone and other compatible substrates where a low-volume, precision-applied adhesive is required. The liquid consistency allows for controlled application to small joints, repairs and assembly tasks without excessive squeeze-out.

Advantages

The silicone adhesive offers good adhesion to silicone elastomers and many common materials while maintaining flexibility after curing. Its low-viscosity formula facilitates precise application from a small tube or syringe, reducing waste and overspill. Available in three colours, it enables colour-matching to visible seams or repair areas. The compact 3.5 g format with three units in a pack is convenient for small projects, maintenance kits or occasional use.

Suitable for

• Sealing and bonding small silicone parts and elastomer components
• Precision repairs of household items, appliances and electronic enclosures
• Gluing decorative trims, gaskets or seals where a thin bead is required
• Service kits for technicians and small-scale assembly tasks

Key specifications

• Form: low-viscosity liquid silicone adhesive suitable for precision application
• Colours: black, grey and white for basic colour matching
• Pack size: 3.5 g per unit, three units included per pack
• Cured properties: flexible and durable bond that accommodates joint movement
• Application: suitable for small joins, seams and repairs where controlled dispensing is needed

How to use

Prepare surfaces by cleaning them of dust, oil and loose particles; use isopropyl alcohol or a mild solvent compatible with the materials being joined. Cut the tip to the required bead size and apply a thin, continuous bead to one of the surfaces. Bring parts together and hold in position until the adhesive sets sufficiently; full cure is achieved according to material and environmental conditions. Remove excess adhesive immediately with a suitable solvent before curing.

Recommendations

Test a small area prior to full application to confirm adhesion and colour match. Allow adequate ventilation during application and curing. Store unopened units in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and follow local disposal guidelines for cured silicone residues.
