Draagtas voor EQ3-telescoopmonteringskop — OEM SW-8108 beschermtas voor transport

Carry Case for EQ3 Telescope Mount Head – OEM SW-8108 Protective Transport Bag is a padded transport bag designed specifically for the EQ3 mount head. This protective case provides cushioning and an enclosed shell to reduce the risk of impact damage, dust ingress and light moisture exposure during transport and storage. The bag is adapted to the shape and mounting points of an EQ3-style mount head, allowing secure placement and easier handling when moving the unit between observing sites or into storage.

Advantages

The carry case incorporates internal padding and a form-fitting compartment that stabilizes the mount head, limiting movement during transit and helping prevent scratches and mechanical shock. The outer fabric resists light moisture and abrasion while a zip closure ensures a secure seal. External handles allow one-person carry and the compact footprint fits into most car trunks and equipment bags for convenient transport.

How to use

Place the mount head into the padded compartment, aligning it so any protruding parts rest inside the molded padding to avoid pressure points. Close the zip fully to secure the mount head inside the bag and use the external handles to lift and carry. For extended storage, ensure the mount head is dry and clean before placing it in the bag to avoid trapping moisture or debris against the mount's surfaces.

Recommendations

For best protection, carry the mount head upright and avoid stacking heavy items on top of the bag. Do not expose the case to prolonged heavy rain; if the bag becomes wet, remove the equipment and allow both bag and mount head to dry completely before storage.
