Materials and shaping aim to balance warmth, comfort and portability for single-person use.

Use the hood to retain heat around the head while sleeping; loosen it for cooling. For best insulation, place the sleeping bag on an insulating sleeping pad to reduce heat loss to the ground. After use, air the bag to remove moisture before storing it in a dry, ventilated place or in a compressed travel sack for transport.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at the stated comfort level, pair this sleeping bag with a lightweight insulated sleeping pad and use appropriate base layers. Avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions and dry the bag thoroughly after use to maintain insulation and longevity.
