Slaapzak easy camp Raven II mummie 215 x 76 x 50 cm, comfort -16 tot 4 °C

The easy camp Raven II Mummy sleeping bag is a mummy-style insulated sleeping solution measuring 215 x 76 x 50 cm. Engineered for cold-weather camping, it combines a tapered shape to minimise air volume with thermal insulation designed to maintain warmth in low temperatures. The bag’s comfort temperature range from -16 to 4 °C makes it suitable for late-autumn and winter trips where a balance of thermal protection and packability is required. The lightweight profile and compact packing size support use on multi-day treks and bivouacs where efficient heat retention and reduced bulk are priorities.

Advantages

The Raven II Mummy features a contoured mummy cut that reduces dead air space and improves heat retention while keeping overall weight and packed size down. Its insulation and shell materials are selected to provide a usable comfort range from -16 to 4 °C, offering protection in cold conditions without excessive bulk. The bag’s dimensions deliver a fit that accommodates a variety of sleepers while preserving the thermal performance typical of tapered designs.

Suitable for

• Cold-weather camping and overnight trekking
• Bivouac and mountaineering trips with limited pack volume
• Seasonal outdoor activities in late autumn and winter
• Campers who prioritise thermal efficiency and compact storage

Key specifications

• Shape: mummy-style tapered design
• External dimensions: 215 x 76 x 50 cm
• Comfort temperature range: approximately -16 to 4 °C
• Thermal performance: suitable for low-temperature sleeping conditions
• Packability: designed for compact storage and transport
• Recommended use: outdoor camping, trekking and bivouac

How to use

Unpack the sleeping bag and lay it flat inside your sleeping mat or tent sleeping area to allow the insulation to loft before use. Zip the bag closed and adjust the hood or collar (if present) to reduce heat loss around the head and neck. For improved insulation, use a compatible sleeping pad and wear appropriate base layers when temperatures approach the lower comfort limit. After use, air the bag to remove moisture, then compress it into its storage sack for transport; for long-term storage, keep the bag loosely stored to preserve loft and insulation performance.

Recommendations

The sleeping bag is optimized for cold-weather conditions within its stated comfort range. To maintain insulation effectiveness, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and follow care instructions for washing and drying. Pair the bag with an insulated sleeping pad and suitable thermal base layers to extend its effective temperature range and ensure comfortable rest in colder environments.
