DisplayPort-kabel S/CONN 10-81045 3 m zwart stekker 1 DisplayPort stekker 2 DisplayPort

The S/CONN 10-81045 DisplayPort cable from ShiverPeaks is a 3 m black cable with DisplayPort connectors on both ends. With a 6 mm diameter construction, this cable is designed to transmit high-definition video and multi-channel audio between DisplayPort-equipped devices. It is suitable for desktop monitors, laptops with DisplayPort output, projectors and docking stations that accept native DisplayPort connections.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable provides a stable digital connection with minimal signal loss over its 3 m length. The 6 mm diameter jacket offers flexible handling and moderate strain resistance while keeping the cable profile slim. Identical DisplayPort connectors on both ends simplify setup and compatibility with devices that support standard DisplayPort interfaces. The black finish blends with typical AV setups for a discreet appearance.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a DisplayPort monitor
• Linking a computer to a projector with DisplayPort input
• Extending DisplayPort connections at a workstation or home office
• Connecting docking stations or hubs to external displays

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Outer diameter: 6 mm
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output of the source device and the other plug to the DisplayPort input of the display device. Ensure both connectors are fully seated and, if present, engage any latching mechanism on the connector to secure the connection. Power on the source and display, then select the appropriate DisplayPort input on the display if necessary. Adjust resolution and refresh rate in the operating system or graphics driver settings to match the capabilities of the monitor and cable run.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as heavy power cables and large transformers. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; use gentle curves to maintain the 6 mm cable integrity. If you require extended lengths beyond 3 m, verify device support for signal integrity or consider active solutions and certified repeaters.
