Slangklem DeLOCK 19449

The DeLOCK 19449 screw (worm gear) clamp is a stainless steel hose clamp with a metallic red finish designed to secure hoses with diameters from 40 to 60 mm. Made of stainless steel with plastic components, it provides a firm grip on pipe ends without tools and is suitable for home, garden and DIY applications.

Advantages

The clamp combines corrosion-resistant stainless steel with durable plastic parts and a worm-gear tightening mechanism to ensure a reliable hold under pressure. Its metallic red colour improves visibility and identification. The tool-free installation allows quick mounting and removal while maintaining a secure connection.

Suitable for

• Securing flexible hoses to pipe ends
• Garden irrigation systems and outdoor water lines
• DIY repair and maintenance projects
• Light workshop and household plumbing tasks

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19449
• EAN: 4043619194490
• Material: Stainless steel band with plastic components
• Colour: Metallic red
• Clamping range: 40–60 mm diameter

How to use

Place the clamp around the hose end and slide the hose onto the pipe. Position the clamp so the worm gear aligns with the section to be tightened. Turn the screw mechanism until the clamp seats firmly around the hose and creates a tight seal. For removal, loosen the screw until the clamp can be removed from the hose. No additional tools are required for mounting or dismounting.

Recommendations

Check the clamping range before installation to ensure compatibility with hose diameter. Avoid overtightening which can damage flexible hoses; tighten until the connection is secure and leak-free. For outdoor installations, periodically inspect for corrosion or wear despite the stainless steel construction.
