Smartcard-lezer HID Identity OMNIKEY 5025

The OMNIKEY 5025 smart card reader is a compact USB 2.0 device designed to read low-frequency proximity access cards such as HID Prox® and to enable logical access applications using ID cards. With a pocket-sized form factor, anthracite and grey finish, and compatibility with PC, thin-client and zero-client environments, the reader is intended for indoor corporate use where stability and easy integration are required.

Advantages

The reader supports 125 kHz proximity technology and provides native CCID implementation for broad operating system compatibility, including Windows, Linux and macOS. It offers backward compatibility with the OMNIKEY 5325 CL family, reads the unique number from HID Prox® cards, and includes optional accessories such as an adhesive plate, screw mount and card holder. The device supports both tap-and-go operation and a permanent "card present" mode.
