Configure notification permissions on your phone to allow calls, messages and app alerts to appear on the watch. Wear the device on your wrist with moderate snugness so the heart rate sensor maintains contact with the skin. Regularly recharge the device according to typical use and restart or re-pair if connectivity issues occur.

Recommendations

For reliable heart rate readings, wear the watch slightly above the wrist bone and keep the sensor area clean.
