Snijplankenset joseph joseph Folio Icon 4-delig, groot, multifunctionele snijplanken

The joseph joseph Folio Icon 4-piece Large chopping board set combines four color-coded, multi-surface boards in a compact folio design intended for everyday meal preparation. Each board is shaped to fold into the folio case for neat storage and can be folded out to provide a stable work surface. The set is designed to reduce cross-contamination by assigning different boards to different food types while remaining suitable for kitchens with limited space.

Advantages

The four boards are color-coded to help separate vegetables, raw meat, fish and cooked foods or bread, reducing the risk of cross-contamination during food preparation. The folio case keeps the boards together and stores them upright to save counter and cupboard space. Boards feature non-slip edges and a textured surface for safer, more controlled cutting. Materials are easy to clean by hand and are suitable for regular household use.

How to use

Select the appropriate color-coded board for the food type you are preparing, remove it from the folio case and unfold it to create a flat, stable cutting surface. Use the textured side for cutting to reduce slippage; use the non-slip edge to keep the board steady on the countertop. After use, wash the board with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly and slide it back into the folio case for upright storage.

Recommendations

Assign one board per food category (for example: vegetables, raw meat, fish, cooked foods/bread) and clean boards between uses to maintain hygiene. Avoid high heat contact and prolonged exposure to direct flame or oven temperatures. Inspect boards regularly for deep knife grooves; replace any board with excessive damage to prevent bacterial buildup.
