Stir contents occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent sticking on the bottom. After use, allow the pot to cool before washing; follow manufacturer care instructions for best results when cleaning stainless steel cookware.

Recommendations

For best results when making clear stocks, simmer gently and skim excess foam. To maintain the stainless steel finish, avoid abrasive cleaners and use warm soapy water or a soft non-abrasive pad. When using on induction, ensure the pot is centered on the cooking zone for optimal heat transfer.
