How to use

Connect the ESD360C to a compatible device using the included USB-C cable or the USB-C to USB-A cable. For best performance, connect to a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port; the drive will also work with USB 3.0/2.0 ports at lower speeds. If you want to enable one-touch auto-backup or password protection, install Transcend Elite on your computer or Android device and follow the software instructions to configure backups and encryption. To use with some mobile devices or consoles, ensure USB OTG support and check any capacity requirements set by the console vendor.

Recommendations

Format the drive as needed: the ESD360C ships in exFAT for broad compatibility; reformat to FAT32 only if a specific device requires it. Note that drop-test results apply to non-operating conditions and do not guarantee indestructibility. Transfer speeds depend on host hardware, software, usage, and remaining storage capacity.
