• Chopping herbs, nuts, garlic and small quantities of vegetables in the 0.5 L chopper bowl
• Mixing batters and dressings directly in bowls or containers
• Making sauces, baby food and emulsions

Key specifications

• Type: Immersion blender
• Motor power: 1000 W
• Control: Step speed control with rotary control type
• Blades: Titanium blades for increased durability
• Chopper bowl capacity: 0.5 L

How to use

Assemble the immersion blender and attach the chopper bowl if chopping is required. Place the blending end into the ingredients and set the rotary control to a low speed to start. Increase speed gradually using the step speed control until the desired consistency is reached. For chopping in the 0.5 L bowl, add ingredients in modest amounts to avoid overloading and pulse using short rotary movements. Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or removing accessories and clean components according to manufacturer guidance.

Recommendations

Use the lower speeds for liquids and soft ingredients and reserve higher speed settings for denser textures. Do not exceed the chopper bowl capacity and avoid continuous operation for extended periods to prevent overheating; allow cooling intervals between prolonged cycles.
