Stekkerdoos ARMAC R5 — 5 stopcontacten, overspanningsbeveiliging, 3 m kabel, zwart

The ARMAC R5 power strip delivers five grounded outlets with integrated surge protection and a 3 m cable in a compact black housing. It is designed for home and office use to expand the number of available sockets while providing basic protection against voltage spikes. The unit supports multiple devices such as desktop computers, monitors, routers, printers, audiovisual equipment and small household appliances that require grounded connections and a longer reach from the wall socket.

Advantages

The ARMAC R5 combines a five-socket layout with a three-metre cable to increase installation flexibility without the need for additional extensions. Built-in surge protection helps reduce risk to connected equipment from transient overvoltages. The grounded outlets ensure a safe earth connection for compatible devices, and the compact black housing fits unobtrusively into most environments. The device is intended for straightforward plug-and-play use, requiring no special setup.

Suitable for

• Home office setups (PC, monitor, printer)
• Entertainment centres (TV, set-top box, soundbar)
• Network devices (router, modem, switch)

How to use

Place the power strip on a stable surface or mount it according to the available mounting points. Avoid overloading the power strip by checking the combined power consumption of connected devices against the maximum current rating of your mains circuit. Do not use the power strip in damp or wet locations and keep it away from direct heat sources. Unplug the unit during extended periods of non-use or during severe electrical storms for additional safety.

Recommendations

Use the ARMAC R5 for everyday expansion of grounded outlets and basic surge protection. For critical or high-value equipment, consider a higher-rated surge protector with specified joule ratings and connected equipment warranties. Regularly inspect the power strip and cable for signs of wear, and replace the device if any damage is detected.
