Stekkerdoos Hawk HWPS502BK 1,5 m kabel, 5 stopcontacten, overspanningsbeveiliging

Hawk HWPS502BK is a compact power strip with a 1.5 m cable and five grounded outlets, designed to expand mains availability and provide basic surge protection for home and office electronics. The unit lets you connect multiple devices simultaneously — for example a desktop computer, monitor, printer and chargers — while keeping cables organized and reducing the need to use multiple wall sockets.

Advantages

The power strip combines multiple outlets with surge protection in a single, space-saving body suitable for workstations and entertainment centers. Its 1.5 m cable offers flexibility in placement relative to the wall socket. The five outlets accept standard plugs and allow consolidated power management for several devices, helping to reduce clutter and improve cable routing.

How to use

Place the power strip on or near your desk or entertainment unit, and plug its 1.5 m cable into a suitable mains socket. Connect devices to the five available outlets, ensuring that the combined power draw of connected equipment does not exceed the rating of the building circuit. Route cables to minimize tension on plugs and avoid covering the unit with textiles or other materials that could impede heat dissipation.

Recommendations

Use the surge protection as a first line of defence for everyday electronics, but do not rely on it for critical or high-value equipment without additional backup (such as UPS or dedicated surge devices). Inspect the power strip periodically for signs of damage and replace it if the cable or housing shows wear.
