Step Segway Max G3 E zwart 25 km/h 700 W

Segway Max G3 E is a long-range electric kick scooter with a 2000 W peak motor (nominal 700 W), a 597 Wh protected lithium battery and a compact platform length of 121.8 cm. It reaches up to 25 km/h and offers an extended range up to 80 km under Seg-Range™ conditions; an optional 460 Wh battery (sold separately) can increase range further. The model includes maintenance-free 11-inch self-sealing tyres, dual hydraulic suspension front and rear, a full-colour 2.4-inch TFT display and integrated lighting and indicators for urban commuting and longer rides.

Advantages

The scooter combines high peak power with a battery management system (BMS 2.0) and fast charging to balance performance and safety. Dual hydraulic suspensions and large self-sealing tyres provide stable, low-maintenance riding over uneven surfaces. Double-action piston disc brakes with four pads increase stopping power, while SegRide™ stability enhancement and traction control improve handling on slippery or high-speed conditions. Built-in connectivity features — Segway AirLock (Bluetooth unlocking) and Apple Find My compatibility via the Segway Mobility app — add convenience and tracking. The vehicle is IPX6-rated for the scooter body and IPX7 for the battery pack for reliable operation in varied weather.

How to use

Charge the scooter fully before first use using the supplied charger; a dual charge cable is available separately to reduce charging time. Use the Segway Mobility app to pair the scooter, enable Segway AirLock Bluetooth unlocking and set Apple Find My if desired. Select an appropriate riding mode (Eco, Standard or Sport) and use Walk mode for slow manoeuvring. Apply the throttle smoothly to reach desired speed and use the double-action disc brakes to slow down; check the suspension and tyre condition regularly. Observe local traffic rules and safety requirements when riding.

Recommendations

For optimal range, maintain moderate speeds (around 15 km/h), keep tyre pressure and suspension adjusted as recommended, and plan charging for longer trips. Use the optional battery where extended range is required and ensure firmware updates are installed to access future features such as navigation if available in your region.
