Stoffilter DEMCiflex 200 mm rond, zwart, 200 mm diameter

DEMCiflex 200mm round dust filter in black is a single-piece mesh screening designed to fit 200 mm (20 cm) fan and vent openings. The woven mesh reduces dust ingress into PC cases, server racks and electronic enclosures while allowing airflow for cooling. Delivered as a round filter element, it is suitable for mounting over intake or exhaust points and can be used where a 200 mm opening or smaller needs protection from particulate contamination.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex round dust filter provides a balance between particle filtration and airflow preservation, using a fine mesh that captures dust while minimising pressure drop. Its single-piece construction offers simple handling and straightforward installation, and the black finish integrates unobtrusively with most case interiors. The filter is compatible with standard 200 mm fan and vent geometries, making it a universal, space-saving option for both desktop and rack-mounted systems.

Suitable for

• Protecting 200 mm fan intakes and exhausts in PC cases
• Vent openings on server racks and network cabinets
• Cooling panels and general ventilation on electronics enclosures
• Applications where a single, round dust screen is required

Key specifications

• Shape: round
• Nominal diameter: 200 mm (fits 200 mm fans and smaller openings)
• Colour: black
• Material: woven mesh filter media
• Pack: single-piece filter

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex round mesh filter over the fan or vent opening so the mesh faces the airflow source you wish to protect. Secure the filter according to the mounting method available in your chassis — for example, under a bezel, with screws through the frame if there are mounting points, or held by a magnetic or adhesive retaining system if compatible. Ensure the filter sits flush and covers the full opening; regular inspection and cleaning will maintain airflow and filtration performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, check whether the mounting surface is ferrous; if it is non-ferrous (for example aluminium or acrylic), choose the appropriate non-ferrous attachment option. Clean the filter periodically with compressed air or by gentle washing and allow it to dry completely before reinstallation. Replace the filter when wear or clogging noticeably reduces airflow.
