How to use

Install the socket-outlet into a compatible standard flush-mounted box by connecting the incoming coaxial cables for radio, terrestrial TV and satellite to the appropriate terminals on the rear of the unit, following local wiring conventions. Secure the unit with the supplied screws and attach the decorative faceplate. Use suitable coaxial cables and connectors to link your TV, set-top box or satellite receiver to the outlet. Ensure power to any active in-line equipment is isolated while making connections.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, use low-loss coaxial cable and properly matched connectors; keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid sharp bends. Verify compatibility of receiver equipment with the outlet wiring and, where required, consult a qualified installer to integrate distribution amplifiers or multiswitches for multi-user satellite systems.
