The Iron JATA JECP8523 is a steam ironing station designed for household garment care. It combines a 2250 W iron with a ceramic soleplate and a separate boiler-style unit to deliver continuous steam performance. The model includes a 1.1 L water tank for longer ironing sessions, a 1.6 m steam hose for flexible movement and a 1.97 m power cord for extended reach. The device has a vertical steam function and a black finish suited to standard home interiors.

Advantages

The JATA JECP8523 provides strong steam output thanks to its 2250 W power rating and an integrated steam station design, enabling efficient removal of creases. The ceramic soleplate ensures smooth gliding over fabrics and reduces the risk of snagging. A 1.1 L water tank lowers the need for frequent refills during extended ironing. The included vertical steam function allows steaming of hanging garments and curtains. A long 1.97 m power cord and 1.6 m steam hose increase maneuverability around the ironing board.

Suitable for

• Daily household ironing of shirts, trousers and dresses
• Refreshing and de-wrinkling hanging garments using vertical steam
• Ironing larger loads or multiple garments thanks to the 1.1 L water tank
• Users who need extended reach and flexible movement due to the long cord and hose

How to use

Fill the detachable or integrated water tank with clean tap water up to the indicated level, then secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Connect the power plug and allow the station to heat until the ready indicator signals that steam is available. Use the iron on an ironing board, applying steam as needed for different fabric types; reduce steam and temperature settings for delicate materials. For vertical steaming, hold the iron a short distance from the hanging fabric and move smoothly from top to bottom. Empty the water tank if storing the appliance for long periods.

Recommendations

Use distilled or demineralised water if recommended in the user manual to minimise scale buildup. Always follow garment care labels for temperature and steam suitability and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning the ceramic soleplate.
