• Custom wiring harnesses and prototype assemblies
• Low- to moderate-current signal and power connections
• Electronics workshops and field service repairs

Key specifications

• Contact count: 6
• Color: grey
• Packaging: set of 5 pieces
• Intended use: power and signal connector for electrical/electronic cabling
• Form factor: compact multi-contact plug

How to use

Prepare the cable ends by stripping insulation to the appropriate length for the contacts, taking care not to nick conductor strands. Insert each conductor into the correct contact position according to your wiring diagram and secure the connection by crimping or soldering as appropriate for the mating contact design. Align the plug with the matching socket and engage until a positive mechanical fit is felt. Ensure polarity and contact order are verified before energizing the circuit. For replacement tasks, disconnect power first and compare contact layout to the original part to maintain correct wiring.

Recommendations

Use this connector within its intended current and voltage ratings, and avoid exposure to harsh environments unless additional sealing or protection is applied. Regularly inspect contacts for corrosion or wear, and replace any connector showing damage to maintain connection reliability.
