Stroomverdeeleenheid PDU ShiverPeaks BS09-20165 6 AC-stopcontacten zwart

The Power Distribution Unit PDU ShiverPeaks BS09-20165 6 AC Outlets Black is a compact, aluminium-housed power strip designed to distribute mains power reliably. It provides six AC outlets in a single, black unit with an integrated 1.5 m mains cable. Rated for a nominal input voltage of 230 V and a maximum current of 16 A, the unit supports up to 3680 W of combined load, making it suitable for organised power distribution in workstations, server benches, AV setups and small electrical installations.

Advantages

The aluminium housing offers mechanical durability and improved heat dissipation compared with plastic enclosures. Six AC outlets allow multiple devices to be powered simultaneously from one location, while the 1.5 m cable provides moderate reach to nearby mains sockets. The PDU’s 230 V / 16 A rating and 3680 W maximum output ensure compatibility with standard European mains and a range of household and light professional equipment. The black finish integrates unobtrusively into many environments.

Suitable for

• Desktop workstations and office equipment
• Small server racks and networking benches
• Audio-visual setups and studio gear
• Home entertainment systems and media centres
• Temporary power distribution for events and workshops

Key specifications

• Number of AC outlets: 6
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Nominal input voltage: 230 V
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Maximum power: 3680 W
• Enclosure material: aluminium
• Colour: black

How to use

Place the unit on a flat, stable surface or secure it according to the installation location and available mounting options. Connect the integrated 1.5 m mains cable to a suitable 230 V outlet rated for at least 16 A. Plug devices into the six AC outlets, ensuring the total combined power draw does not exceed 3680 W and individual device requirements match the unit’s voltage and current ratings. Regularly inspect the cable and housing for signs of damage and avoid overloading the unit.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, distribute high-power loads across several outlets rather than concentrating them on a single socket. Ensure the upstream mains circuit and protective devices (fuses, breakers) are correctly rated for the combined load. Keep the unit in a well-ventilated area to aid heat dissipation and avoid exposure to moisture or direct liquid contact.
