The colored cover simplifies visual sorting when used alongside other folders, and the relatively slim profile supports efficient shelf or drawer storage.

• Orientation: portrait
• Document format: A4
• External dimensions: 245 mm (width) × 320 mm (height)

• Tabbed index for section identification

How to use

Place A4 documents inside the folder so they lie flat within the portrait-oriented cover. Use the tabbed index to write or attach labels that identify sections or categories; position tabs in the order that matches your filing system. Store the folder upright on a shelf or stacked in a drawer to maintain document flatness and easy access. For frequent reference, keep the folder within arm’s reach of the work area.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the folder and preserve contents, avoid overfilling beyond the folder’s capacity and keep it away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight. Pair red folders with differently coloured Pagna folders to create a colour-coded filing scheme for faster retrieval.
