Tabindex A4 Pagna 40058-18 blauw

The Pagna Tab Index A4 40058-18 in blue is a tabbed document folder designed for A4 paper. It measures 245 mm in width and 320 mm in height, providing a compact but roomy solution for organising and protecting loose sheets. The clear tab section allows labels to be seen at a glance, while the durable material supports repeated handling and filing. This folder suits use in offices, study environments and at home where structured document separation is required.

Advantages

This blue Pagna tab index offers a durable construction that withstands frequent use and transport. The clear tab design enables quick visual navigation between sections without removing contents, and the slightly oversized dimensions relative to A4 help prevent page edges from catching or bending. The neutral blue colour provides a professional appearance while making it easier to distinguish between different folders when stored together.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 reports, manuals and reference materials
• Separating project documents and client files
• Archiving invoices, contracts and important correspondence
• Student notes, handouts and coursework

Key specifications

• Intended paper size: A4
• External dimensions: 245 mm (width) × 320 mm (height)
• Colour: blue
• Type: tabbed index/folder with visible tabs
• Material: sturdy document-grade material for repeated handling

How to use

Place A4 sheets inside the folder so that pages lie flat within the internal area and do not protrude beyond the edges. Use the clear tab area to insert a label or write identifying information to mark the section. Store folders upright in shelving or in flat stacks, ensuring the tab is visible for faster retrieval. For frequent transport, close the folder properly and place it in a protective bag or briefcase to limit wear.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the tab index with adhesive or printable labels for consistent labelling across multiple folders. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder capacity to maintain shape and to protect the tab from bending. Periodically check stored documents for reorganisation as projects or filing systems evolve.
