Tabindex A4 Pagna 40059-08 wit

The Pagna Tab Index A4 (40059-08) in white is a tabbed divider designed for organizing A4 documents. Sized at 245 mm wide by 320 mm high, this index fits standard A4 folders and lever-arch files while providing a clear tab for labeling and quick navigation. The material is durable to withstand repeated handling and filing, helping to maintain order in office, home, or student document collections.

Advantages

The white tab index provides a clean, neutral appearance that integrates with most filing systems. Its clear tab area makes labels legible and re-labeling simple. Constructed from robust material, the divider resists tearing and bending during regular use. The dimensions ensure compatibility with A4-format documents and file covers, offering a practical balance between sheet protection and compact storage.

Suitable for

• Separating sections within A4 folders and ring binders
• Labeling subjects, projects, or client files for quick retrieval
• Organizing home paperwork such as bills and invoices
• Academic use for course notes, assignments, and study materials

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Overall size: 245 mm (width) × 320 mm (height)
• Color: white with clear tab area for labeling
• Material: durable, tear- and bend-resistant divider material
• Design: single tab index for easy section marking

How to use

Insert the tab index into an A4 folder, binder or lever-arch file so that the lower edge aligns with the document stack. Write or attach a label on the clear tab surface to indicate the section name. Use the tab index to separate related documents or to mark the beginning of a new section; move it as needed when reorganizing files. For optimal durability, avoid overfilling the folder and handle the divider by the reinforced edges when removing or replacing it.

Recommendations

For efficient filing, combine the white tab index with color-coded folders or additional labeled dividers to create a searchable filing structure. Store folders vertically in file cabinets or desktop organizers to reduce stress on the tab edges and preserve the divider's shape over time.
