How to use

Place the Wilfa Dualfry Split on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect to a suitable power outlet. Preheat if required by the recipe or selected program, set the desired temperature and cooking time, and load ingredients into the split baskets to match cooking times. Start the program and check progress through occasional pauses to shake or flip food for even browning. After cooking, switch off and unplug the unit, allow it to cool before removing baskets and serving.

Recommendations

Use moderate amounts of oil or cooking spray for best crisping results. Arrange ingredients in a single layer in each basket for uniform airflow. For mixed items with different cooking times, place quicker-cooking foods in the smaller or upper compartment and monitor the cycle to avoid overcooking. Clean baskets and removable parts according to the manufacturer’s care instructions after each use to maintain performance.
